From the folks at Atlantic Books Today, the top 5 best-selling titles from Indigo, Chapters and Coles in Newfoundland and Labrador for the month of May 2022 are in, and we’re thrilled to see Ida Linehan Young's new book, If I Cry, I’ll Fill the Ocean: The Catherine Linehan Story in the number one spot, again! Congratulations, Ida.
At number 2 is Leo Furey and The Good Thief. Set in and around St. John's, Newfoundland, in the late 1960s, The Good Thief is the story of eighteen-year-old Sonny McCluskey, the son of an eccentric father, a man on a mission.
At number 4 is the latest from Dale Jarvis, Storyteller and Author, Place Names of Newfoundland and Labrador. Dale’s newest book is an entertaining and at times cheeky look at the towns we love and why we call them what we do.

Now located in Paradise, Flanker Press has grown from a part-time venture in 1994 to a business with eight full-time employees. In the fall of 2004, Flanker Press launched a new imprint, Pennywell Books. This imprint includes literary fiction, short stories, young adult fiction, and children’s books.
